Bond Apatite® is a synthetic, osteoconductive, composite graft cement composed of biphasic calcium sulfate and hydroxyapatite granules. Bond Apatite® functions as a scaffold for bone regeneration in dental procedures, and is intended to fill, augment or reconstruct bony defects in the oral and maxillofacial region. Less than 1 min is required for graft placement and stabilization.

Bond Apatite is composed of 2 matrices which have different absorption coefficients and characteristics. The first matrix is a patented biphasic calcium sulfate which is absorbed and replaced completely with the patient’s own bone. The second matrix is a formula of hydroxyapatite granules which serves as a longer range space maintainer. The product guarantees minimal invasive surgical procedure, reduced treatment time and convenient manipulation of the graft material for the clinician and his patients., due to the product’s unique nature and the specially designed syringe. In less than a minute the entire graft placement and stabilization can be achieved, even in the most challenging situations. No membrane may be used with Bond Apatite® during the grafting procedures.

Superior Handling - The cement is injected into the augmented site from the syringe and after molding into the desire shape it sets immediately in the presence of blood and saliva.

No Membrane - The cement enables soft tissue to proliferate above its surface. As such, it prevents soft tissue invagination into the grafted site.


Minimally Invasive Surgical Protocols - Tension free flap and primary closure are not required. Compaction of the cement results in no hematomas and swelling post op.
